After previously discussing the power of empowerment, I want to talk about ways we can inspire through role modeling.
In life, anyone can be a role model. From a senior executive to a janitor, if quality character is in place, the stage is set for role modeling. The question is: How do we integrate that character into accountability? When we’re doing something right, are we willing to instruct others to do the same? After all, people can’t be what they can’t see. Whether we’re walking the talk or not, chances are people will notice one way or another. Why not work with excellence and embrace the coaching that comes with it?
As I explain in this episode, leaders not only live their values but role model them. When we apply this corporately, no question we’ll see the change we crave.
